Speaker & Workshop Terms and Conditions
These terms form part of the invoice issued for the below engagement. By confirming the booking and/or paying the invoice, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. THE ENGAGEMENT
- Speaker/Facilitator: Sheila Anderson
- Event: Secret Women's Collab Lunch 'n' Learn
- Date: Friday, 16 October 2026
- Time: 11:15am kick-off to 2:00pm, with an optional wine-down to follow
- Location: The Wellard, Wellard, Western Australia (in-person)
- Session: Workshop — The Customer Buying Journey
- Fee: $450 AUD, travel included
2. PAYMENT TERMS
- Full payment of $450 AUD is due within 7 days of invoice date, and no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer to the details listed on the invoice.
- The booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
- Late payments may incur a fee of [2%] per week on the outstanding balance.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations made more than [14 days] before the event date: fee is fully refundable, less any costs already incurred.
- Cancellations made within [14 days] of the event date: full fee remains payable, as the date has been held exclusively.
- If the Client needs to reschedule, one date change will be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to availability, provided at least [7 days] notice is given.
- If Sheila Anderson needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement date will be offered or all monies paid will be refunded in full.
4. TRAVEL & EXPENSES
- Travel to and from The Wellard is included in the $450 fee. No separate travel costs will be invoiced.
- Any additional expenses outside this arrangement will be agreed in writing prior to the event.
5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All workshop content, frameworks, slides and materials remain the intellectual property of Sheila Anderson.
- The Client may not record, reproduce, resell or repurpose the session content without prior written permission.
- The Client is welcome to use event photography, agreed promotional clips and the marketing copy supplied for this event across their own channels.
6. RECORDING & PROMOTION
- Any recording of the session (audio, video or livestream) requires prior written consent.
- Sheila Anderson may use event photos, session highlights and attendee feedback for her own marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. GENERAL
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
- Any changes to the scope of the engagement must be agreed in writing by both parties.
