All Commonwealth, State, Territory and local legislation, regulations, by-laws, codes of practice, industry standards, and legally binding guidelines that apply to a Party or to the performance of these Terms or any Event, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
